I’ve ordered from Rocco’s Pizza a few times now, and it feels like way more effort than it should to know what you’re going to get. Some nights the pizza shows up hot and tastes great, but other times it’s overdone or takes forever to arrive. It’s not awful or anything, just inconsistent enough that I have to think twice before ordering. I’d probably still get it again, but definitely not if I’m tired, hungry, or in any kind of rush.

I ordered for collection thinking it’d be quicker than delivery, but I still ended up waiting about 25 minutes. The place seemed to be moving slower than other pizza spots I’ve used on busy nights, which was a bit frustrating. By the time I got home, the pizza was only just warm, so overall it was a disappointing experience

The seats were comfy and had enough space between them, so it didn’t feel like everyone was packed in too tight or anything. I could just sit there, enjoy the pizza, and not feel rushed. It’s a nice little place for that kind of relaxed, easy meal.

I had to double-check a bunch of details after looking at the website. The weird part is, the pizza might actually be fine, but some of the info online felt out of date, especially the opening times and parts of the menu. It just made ordering more of a hassle than it needed to be. The site could definitely use a tidy-up.

The pizza come in a solid box and it didn’t get all squashed up, which I was happy about. There wasn’t grease leaking everywhere either, so it stayed nice and tidy on the ride home. Nothing fancy, just simple packaging that done the job right. No complaints from me.

Ordered from Rocco’s with my partner since she’s vegetarian and I’m sort of trying to avoid dairy where I can. The staff were nice enough on the phone and did check a couple of toppings for us, which I appreciated.
The pizza itself was decent, I guess, but it still felt a little tricky for dietary stuff. They didn’t have vegan cheese that night, and I wasn’t totally sure from the website what was safe allergen-wise. Not a bad experience, just maybe not the easiest option if you’ve got specific needs.

I was feeling mentally drained and just wanted somewhere easy for a casual meal. This place had a cosy vibe and it wasn’t too loud, which I really appreciated. The only downside was that the tables felt a bit close together, so it wasn’t as relaxing as it could’ve been.

Apple Pay worked on the first try, which made the whole thing feel effortless. It’s a small detail, but when paying is that smooth, it makes the experience feel more trustworthy and just lets you get on with your day.

I had a small issue with my order and, i was getting a bit impatient because I just wanted it sorted already. But customer service was really helpful and got it fixed quickly without making it a big hassle. The person I talked to was friendly and actually seemed to care, which I appreciated. I’d order again.

This place is really easy to get to and it's right near where I work, so it’s a handy go-to when I’m craving pizza :)

Not gonna lie, the ingredients just didn’t taste very fresh to me. Everything kind of had that cheap, low-quality feel, which was disappointing...

I was just trying to check the allergen info before ordering, and it felt like I was being made to work way too hard for something that should be obvious. The details were hard to find and not clear enough, which is really frustrating when it’s about food allergies. I don’t want to sit there guessing whether something has nuts or dairy in it and risk getting sick. In the end, I felt like I had no choice but to skip ordering altogether. This really needs to be sorted out.

I have stopped by a couple times and they were not open when the posted hours said they would be. It is a little frustrating, so I would check ahead before going.

The food looked really good, and I wanted to order, but the website made it way harder than I expected. I kept thinking it would get easier once I got further in, but... not really.

Some of the text was too small for me, the contrast wasn’t great, and trying to move around with just the keyboard got confusing fast. The menu also didn’t come through properly on my screen reader, so what should’ve been a quick pizza order turned into this whole thing.

I was close to just giving up and calling instead. I really hope they fix the accessibility stuff, because the food may be great, but if the ordering process is this frustrating, then... yeah

I ordered from Rocco's Pizza the food was fine, no major disaster there. But the menu felt like it had entered a very predictable sequel where every pizza was basically a variation of the same thing. I was hoping for more sides or different options, especially if you’re not in the mood for the usual pizza lineup or you’re ordering for picky eaters. It wasn’t terrible by any means, just a bit boring and lacking variety.

The delivery was really slow, and it got frustrating. I reached out to support, but the replies felt like copy-paste answers instead of actually helping with the delay. Not the best experience.

So... the pizza looked decent, but the flavor just didn’t really do it for me. The sauce was a bit too sweet, and the crust/base felt kind of chewy. It wasn’t terrible or anything, I just wouldn’t be in a hurry to go back for it.
